I just had my NY state inspection done on my 2010 CRV yesterday. As I was heading home from the shop, I noticed the engine making a "garble" noise when in "overdrive." There is also definitely a vibration in the gas peddle. When standing still and slowly accelerating you don't here anything. It just when you give it some more gas is when you here the noise.

This morning I did open the hood. About the only thing I notice out of the ordinary is that one of my air filter clips was off. I tried to put it back into place but could not. Could this single clip be causing part of the problem? I will try when I have more time to get the clip back into place.
