Doing a wiretuck on a 94 teg was bought as a shell and I'm relocating the battery under the fender. I'm also putting the fusebox under the dash but I don't know what the 2 slots on the fusebox go to or how they are hooked up. I know that it has to do with battery alternator as starter but don't know if both slots are power or if at least one is ground. Can someone tell me how do I hooked them up.

 

You just need to extend them one goes to the battery the other to the charge harness, i'll include a pic of mine (it was a go fast car not a look good one). I did this several months back but KEEP those little loops that connect to the box you won't find ring terminals in the correct size trust me.

both are power, 1 from the alternator and the other is from the battery.

Sobtge starter has nothing to do with the fusebox??

 

No, starter gets direct current from the battery.
