AEM 5bar with Crome

Searched but cannot find the min, max and koeov (see pic) for a Custom configuration of the AEM 5 bar map sensor with Crome. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

-14.7 at .5 Volts and 60.3 at 4.5 Volts
The voltage range is linear so just interpolate
