Default 2000 civic si distributor rotor

hey guys I've got a stock 2000 civic si b16 that I just bought, it began hesitating when engaging in first gear so I decided to redo all the basic maintenance, took off the distributor cap and saw metal dust inside it, then looked at the rotor, the screw is friggin stripped! the philips part of the screw is basically non existent and the flat head portion is almost twice the thickness of my screw driver...

I didn't want to play around with it and I was wondering if drilling this sucker out would be the best solution or if there are any other ways to get it out, I'm really hesitant on breaking the distributor all together, don't want to spend another $350 or however much this thing costs...

Use an easy out bit. Should come out quite easily.
