Leaking fuel line below the firewall
I have a 2001 Accord with a leaking fuel line. It looks like a previous owner had work done on the fuel lines because they have been patched from under the the drivers seat to just in front of the rear wheel. The leak is in the feed line where it passes through a rubber and metal bracket attached to the firewall. It looks like a pain in the @ss to get to. When the car is on there is a nice fine mist coming from that spot. My question is should I just patch it or try and run new steel line from the bracket at the top of the firewall, behind the injectors, all the way back to the splice in front of the rear wheel. The quickest fix, I think, would be to just by pass the leak with a piece of rubber fuel line and be done. But with the other patches, I might be doing this again in a few months.
Any opinions?

I don't mess around with fuel lines. If that thing is leaking and somehow a rock hits the metal and it sparks it could spell disaster.
Fortunately for you, all the fuel lines are still available.
