2014 oem radio in 2010 civic

is it possible to install the 2014 model radio/nav/xm radio in a 2010 honda civic? i really like to update my oem cd/radio player but i dont want to buy the Chinese made for car head-units.

I'm sure you can with a little work but why not go with something like a Kenwood Nav system with Garmin in it? That is what I'm using in my 08 Si and honestly like it better then the OEM Nav I had before.
thanks for your reply, can you share which kenwood head unit you have? its just that the local scrap yard has one of these for sale for $350 and the new oem interface on the Honda's are pretty nice.
My Kenwood is way more then that... but 350$ isn't bad either...
Although I will make you a better suggestion and which will probably be my next step watch this:
I am so going this way and getting rid of the Kenwood and it's not that I don't like the Kenwood but I can do a lot more with the Nexus 7 lol
