Does anyone know if the long vents on the dash (where defroster air comes from) can be replaced? According to the parts diagram, this piece comes with a new dash only. I was wondering if I could remove this vent from a junkyard dash and replace mine.. See below where I circled the vent I am speaking about

 

yeah if you don't see it available in the parts diagram it's all one-piece..

your best thing is to try the junkyard like you were thinking.. but what's wrong with yours that you have to replace that section??

 

Something fell on my dash in that area and cracked off a piece of that plastic vent. Before going to the junkyard I was wondering if anyone has experience removing just that vent, if even possible.
