Default Fail start, no fuel.

I recently swapped my 96 integra LS with a jdm B18b. I run OBDIIa and have performed the ckf bypass trick. I have tested the fuel pump (it works) replaced the main relay and traced the wires all the way back to the pump. Everything is in good condition. If anyone has any insight as to wth is going on please Im open to any suggestions.

Have you checked the injectors? Fuel Filter?

My .02, throw it on a switch and hide it and you have a fuel pump kill switch.
