Code P0108...smh
So my car has been sputtering upon take off so while getting the oil changed I had the code read which was a P0108. Upon reading most of the material that came up said it was the map sensor. Is it a hard part to repair and where is it at to begin with lol. Thanks in advance
Verify that it is not the sensor itself by testing it with a vacuum gauge and verifying the wiring is not damaged. Check the main engine harness ground as well.
Code could be set if the wiring is damaged, there is a vacuum leak to the sensor, there is a vacuum leak in the intake manifold(reducing signal resolution), or even a worn engine that is loosing compression.
Sensor on F22s is is usually located on top of the TB/intake manifold and will have a 3 wire connector to it.

^like so.

Just now looking for the map sensor and it is right on top of my throttle body. Haven't fixed it yet but I'll still stay posted if it works out. Can you clean those or is it just better to replace it
