What size injectors?
I'm basically done with my build, but i was wondering what injectors and fuel pump do i need before i go to the tune shop? I'm hoping to hit 170-190 whp, right now its running on the stock injectors and fuel pump. I have a walbro 255 and dsm 450 blue top injectors on hand, but i'm not sure if my build would require that much fuel. Should i put on the 450 and 255 pump or is the stock stuff okay?
Build consist of:

81 mm nippon p73 pistons
pr3 b16 head
blox type b cams

yonaka catback

Stock is fine im making 200 WHP on stock ITR injectors and fuel pump you should be fine but if you have them and there good use them why not what else you gonna do with them.
RDX injectors would be my choice. Reliable, cheap, proven.
I wouldn't try and push my stock (and probably old as Hell) injectors anywhere near 100 duty cycle for any length of time. 80% max is what I think the rule is.
Old *** injectors working their *** off?
Or new fresh improved injectors working at 50% all day long without a sweat.
For your HP goal, I think a stock vtec fuel pump be fine, but def not bigger than a 190.
