Default Honda accord shock and strut question

I replaced my wheel bearings recently after learning what a job it was to change the brake rotors. The shocks and struts need to be replaced as well, but I'd like to do an aftermarket setup with adjustable dampning and ride height stiffer springs. I had a hard time finding much info on this can someone post some links or ideas on this.

Check the Accord FAQ at the top of the page.
Ground control has the best bang for the buck kit, but you will need to decide on which damper you want to use.
I am a Bilstein fanboi, but have not used a lowering kit on my Accord fleet.
Koni will have adjustment.
Or you could just cough up a couple grand and just get a KW set.
Don't bother with TEIN, their customer service sucks and so does there spring/damper package.
