Default phase 1 complete: strip the crappy plastidip

Was looking for a cheap way to remove the plastidip, very thin layer so I tried wd40 and a rag and it got a bit tacky and gooey. So next was wd40 and a pressure washer. That worked good but didn't do as good as a thin coat of wd40 and good Ole elbow grease. Not on to phase 2: sanding, sealing and priming for paint.
