Default Does 9th gen Si still burn oil?

So I'm about to buy a '15 Si and I have found a lot of oil burning issues with the 11-13 Si's burning 1 or more quarts every few thousand miles. Has anyone had these issues on a '14-'15 Si?
The k24z7 runs on 0w-20 now and I have a feeling that this thin oil could be the cause of some of these issues. What oil do you guys run on your 9th gen? I hear some people are even switching to 5w-30
People are going as far as using Amsoil break in oil for the first 1k miles but I haven't been able to find results on the motor's current state or issues. Not sure if many people on this forum have even heard of this, any input is helpful, thanks

I've only ever heard of burning oil problems on the 12's due to some faulty rings?

I've put 11k miles on my '15 since May. No oil leaks yet. First oil change was at 7500 miles. I've checked my oil a couple of times with no change in oil level. My Si is a highway on ramp and off ramp champion...

Early production 12's had oil consumption problems. My 12 does not burn oil but is post recall vin number.
