Hi...my first post here...I gotta question about wiring harnesses in different countries...

I own a 2002 Canadian model CR-V with daytime running lights. Is the vehicle harness different between models with and without DRLs? Does that make the oem fog light harnesses different too?

If anybody here can help out, I'd sure appreciate it. Or if you can point me towards a Honda engineer somehere, that would be just as good.

I ask because I'd like to get the Non North American version of the oem fog lights (Australia, Philippines, Thailand, UK). They look much better than ours but I want ot make sure the kit will work.

I'm not interested in modifying the oem harness. If I wanted to do a mod I'd start from scratch. I'm an electrical technologist so wiring isn't a problem.

I may just buy the lamp housings and mounting hardware from overseas, buy bulb connectors and splice them into the oem Canadian harness, maybe.
