Default Aftermarket seatbelts

I've installed a seatbelt bar in my eg hatch and the belts I've got (ebay stuff-don't hate) are not the kind to attach to the bar. They will need to bolt to the floor. Post pictures of your set up, need some ideas. TIA

if you daily this car with a seatbelt bar, you are being dangerous. cheaping out on a safety item such as a seatbelt makes you an even more foolish. these things kill people.

why would i answer a question that is intrinsically flawed? this isn't a ricer fanboi q&a, if you ask a question about something unsafe and stupid, expect to get an answer on the same level.

Safety equipment is all or nothing. You can't pick and choose OEM and aftermarket depending on what "looks cool" and still expect it to function properly. Is your car also caged, are you using 5 or 7 point harnesses with camlocks, have you disabled your airbags, and do you always drive around with a helmet on?

If not, you are compromising your safety

I am NOT asking for your opinion of my choice of equipment. My question is asking for pictures of how other people have theirs mounted.

There ya go, all the pictures you could ever need. We are here for tech. We do technical questions. There is no tech to what you want. What's more, it's actively dangerous to do. It's a double whammy of things we don't do.

I didn't realize that asking for a picture was a technical question. I've done a Google image search and there are no clear pictures of one's mounted to the floor.

Actually it's not a tech question, it's an appearance related question, go ahead and ask there.

Oh also ask in the road race forum, see if you get any different answers.

It's NOT a tech question, that's my point. It doesn't belong here.

This would have been a great answer to my question instead of the personal attacks. I apologize for not asking in the correct section.

Thread is closed as it isn't orientated to the technical aspects of what you are doing.

I do apologize for the personal attacks you received from your error.
