Default JdmB18c W/B 16 Head

So I have a Jdm B18c block (type r) with a B16 head. My plan for now is to keep it all motor but trying to get some real good power out of it. What can I get to throw on the motor that will really help put out some good numbers. I was told to get some p30 pistons and use those but do I have to do anything to the sleeves or to the block or they will fit in with no problem?? Thanks in advance

A good tune alone would get you 200 WHP, which, depending on the chassis, would make it pretty spritely.

Aside from that, it all comes down to budget, intended use, and exact goals. "Real good power" isn't an exact goal. If you give us those three things, we might be able to actually help you.

Well I have the setup on a Eg Hatch.
Well budget is a concern but I wouldn't mind taking time to build it I will be getting parts little by little. And I wanna build it for track but would also like to be able to drive it on the streets still meaning having most parts still street legal

A full throttle body and intake manifold (skunk 2) and air intake with exhaust and if changing pistons get the head shaved to get more compression. Put it all on and get it tuned you should get nice jump in power just from a good tune. B16 head same as type r head. All pr3-x

Yah cause the cams/valves/valve train/port clean up/intake manifold are the same....not even maybe. This is why kids try passing of their shitty b16a2 head as an ITR all the time smdh.

I'm having trouble finding out what kind of exhaust or setup I should go with I have it straight piped right now headers to 2 1/2 inch pipe all the way back to a magnaflow. Also if I get pistons which should I get and do I need to do anything to the block to throw them in like a hone or bore??
Thanks in advance

Ohh alright thanks much appreciated.
Well I got the stock intake manifold off a b16 and I got a Skunk 2 intake manifold with a 70 mm throttle body.
I'm thinking of getting dual valve springs and retainers from super tech is that a good idea??
Thanks in advance
