Im his bitch. Hes pays me in sex to reply to the dumb questions. LA is 500 square miles (Where the F are you getting 4000? Thats like to New York and back). Meaning the square root is around 22.5. Thus it takes about 23 miles to drive from one side to another. If you drive around the perimeter and through side streets back and forth you are less intelligent than I originally gave you credit for.
