I put new timing belt and water pump on it. Now no spark, check engine light stays on constantly. the D4 light is blinking. I just installed a new fuel/master relay. jump the plug to get blink codes, cel wont blink, stays on constantly. the D4 light gives blink codes

was a good driving car till now.
I did double check the ground at the thermostat its good

 

What about the crank position sensor? Are you sure everything is lined up and connected? I would suggest going over the job completely and see if there's anything that you forgot, specially because you said the car was working fine before that.
