I just picked up a 92 civic with a wiring issue, I've read tons of threads trying to figure it out, car turns over, but no spark and the fuel pump does not prime, I've cleaned all the grounds, checked all the fuses for the pgm-fi and ecu, the engine bay fuse box gets 12 volts, but the fuse box under the dash gets 6 volts at the most, I've tested the main fuel relay, it has continuity and sends the same voltage that im getting at the fuse box to the fuel pump. Theres a few burnt wires, one brown and one white w/blue stripe still connected but burnt.
Hmmm good luck with that...did, whoever you bought it from, install anything extra?...if i were you brah...i would just change the whole harness and call it a day...its a pain in the *** getting a car with a wiring issue...specially since u didn't do the burning lol
