How fast can you make a crx go w/ a b16??
I was wondering how fast could you make a b16 in a crx? I know that with just the stock motor its around 15 sec. If you keep investing money into the engine how fast do you htink you could get the car to go? Is it even worth it?
It all depends on how deep your pocket is. You can go pretty fast with a b16 in a CRX, but remember, there is no replacement for displacement.
And dont say turbo is.

we have a 1991 integra down here in NZ that runs 13.1s 1/4 mile, fully N/A, FULLY stripped, ran with a lexan back window a couple of times also.
Average time for a CRX with B16 and normal bolt ons is anywhere from 14 flat to 14.7 It depends on what CRX you have. People dont take into account the weight differences in CRXs. There is a considerable amount of weight diff. in an HF vs. Si.
the sky is the limit, just depends on the cash you've got.......
Average 1/4 mile time for a full interior b16 swapped CRX with bolt ons is from a 14.5 or so to a 15.2. it gets better with practice.... but I have NEVER seen a 14 flat, I think thats a bit of wishful thinking. Alot of people thing B16 CRXs are alot faster in the 1/4 than they really seem to be.....
