Default Best option for my integra

Hey guys,

So I'm currently running 205/40/16 tires (walmart brand nexens) wrapping 16x8 ccw classics. The tires and rims came on the car when I got it. I love the rims but so far getting good tires for them seems to be more of a headache then its worth. I need new tires and I'm trying to decide whats my best route from here. Should I just keep my current size and get some new Toyo tires (best option I've found) or should I go to 215/40/16 (self proclaimed tire expert recommended)? Or should I just get rid of the rims get some new 16x7s and some 205/45/16s and call it a day? of course that last option entails a lot more headache as it involves selling some 4 bolt ccw's in not perfect shape to a honda or miata driver.
Oh and I have a 01 4 dr integra GSR moderately lowered on skunk 2 coilovers and I live in North LA with a bunch of shitty roads. I daily the car with weekend spirited driving/ occasional autocross.

thanks for any help in advance!
also I've done a fair amount of research thus far about the different measurement just looking for some insight on my issue

oh and 215/40/16 does seem like the best option. I'm just trying to get an idea of how much that 0.3 in increase in diameter will affect my acceleration and cornering ability

a 215 it's not a hard size just not many big companies make it in a lower UTQG, nkang makes tons of sizes and are cheap. you'd be better of skipping a day of eating..... that's the measureable affect, UTQG would be a more notable difference But if you're staying above 200 you wont feel it so don't worry.

You're going to rub occasionally with 215/40/16's. That extra 10mm is going to bring more sidewall to the edges of your wheel. You wont notice any differences in acceleration. When you take corners hard or at higher speeds, you will rub against the inner wheel well and possibly the inner fender lip. You're better off with the current tire size.

How did you decide that 215/40/16 is your best option when you just asked the question 6 minutes prior?

So are you saying that I should stick with 205 40 16s that are on there?
I already had the previous idea when I posted that the 215s seemed to be a solid option overall if I could account for the rubbing (rolling the fenders). From what i searched most people said it was a good option as long as im not too low.
Just trying to decide if it is worth it overall as far as acceleration handling and rubbing goes.
