If any one knows what hoses go here to where that would be awesome it is on my throttle body skunk2

 

The first pic of the nipple on top of the tb with the idle screw under it with red paint you can cap off.

The lower two nipples one which you already have capped are for coolant, you can either rout the coolant lines to them or by pass it like many people do.

the big barb under the manifold i think goes to the brake booster i believe but not sure need better pics.

Did you just install the ultra manifold on? theres a thread here explaining how to install it.
