Hello all I got a problem I need to change out my headers on a 91 accord Wagon with a h22 swap but there is no way to get it out it does not come all the way off the bolts there is no space without hitting ac hose how can I get it out

 

1.) Punctuation. They teach it in primary school, it shows you care about us as much as you expect us to care about your problem. Phones are no excuse.

2.) Is it a single piece header? A few different header designs for these engines are the sort that aren't really designed to work in the Accord chassis, or aren't designed with air conditioning in mind. If your AC still works then we definitely don't want to unbolt the hose. Can you unbolt the AC Compressor off the block to allow you to move the hoses? That's probably your best bet, failing that, you'll probably have to sawzall the old header out.

 

Make a video. There shouldbe no reason why you should have issues.
