It was a joke.
And, that is roughly 40 extra pounds. 2 16# *****, shoes, schtuff like that.
I im'ed the guy about his setup and the dyno numbers, but other than confirming that it is in fact an ITR with those mods, I know nothing more. Interesting to say the least.....

Something is wrong with all that info.
The graph on the left is all over the place.
The HP graph is very low.
Do you have cam gears to go with the JUN 3 cams?? Was it tuned with anything besides having a p28 program?
If I were to guess one thing, I'd say there are no cam gears
and that the car is running ridiculously rich.
The cam gears + tuning would probably get the power back to 'normal' levels.
Unless this is a joke or I missed something straightforward....
This is your friend's car? I'm glad it isn't yours! I'd be pissed off.

We have beaten this issue retarded. This kid is running the stock ITR exhaust manifold. That is the reason he is making so little power.

He can buy my header and I'll buy a better one. Im just going to charge him and arm and a leg so I can go get a hytech or an SMSP.
Ok, so why the crazy looking torque on your own dyno??

dont know but if u look close to the numbers were it says torque the numbers arent that far apart like the hp
Ok, so which car is actually yours?
1) Spoon cams, etc
2) Jun 3 cams, etc
If you chose 1, you need a decent tuner. I made 177/129 with just an AEM CAI, JDM Honda header and V-AFC.
If you chose 2, you need to listen for a change.

Now, your friend really needs to get a header. Now. Better yet, yesterday. I can't believe he wasted all that money and didn't get a quality header. He is absolutely choking his car out. I've seen the same thing happen with Toda B's and the stock ITR exhaust manifold.
If he's low on coin, hell, a US-market DC Sports header would even be better than the stock manifold. Ideally he should have a JDM-type (2.5" collector) header. JDM Honda or JDM DC will be fine for now. Then SMSP down the road when he can afford it.
That torque graph sucks, not tuned very well. And yeah you went to step 3 before doing steps 1 and 2. Cams arne't bolt-on and make "mad power". JUN3's have no place in an otherwise stock motor.
just click on his link and then add ".orig.jpg at the end...then you can view the big one. It is still really really ugly though.
J
N who is hoping to dyno his before the end of the year...with better results than that....
