Default Power Steering leak, new pump (Acura) and o-ring

I have a weird PS leak that I cannot figure out. I have fluid leaking out of the top ps hose where it meets the pump. 94 Integra LS.

The pump is a brand new reman from Acura, and i've replaced the o-ring twice now (thinking i might have pinched it the first time). After a short drive, i'll bring the car back and I can see fluid starting to come from that connection.

Could the end of the hose be damaged (doesn't appear to be)? Something else i'm overlooking? I'm tempted to add another o-ring on the end of the hose.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris

Can you post some real detailed pics of what you got going on. Also, is the oring oem. If not, it's possible it's just not the right size to seal. It's possible the hose itself is bad and leaking at the tip somehow.
