Icon5 Cap and rotor condition

I pulled off the cap and tooka look inside. Alot of grey dust inside the cap.
I cleaned it all up and also filed the contacts as well.

These are the before pics.
Looks ok ?
I think rotor is worn !

Replaced MSD Cap, rotor and red wire, still intermittent misfiring on throttle.

Whats your setup?

Missfiring under load is usually too large of a gap on the plugs.

Check the resistance of your wires and put some dielectric grease on all the wire connections. Looks like one of the plug wires may have significant corrosion on it (based on picture of old cap). What do the plugs look like?

Update:
So last night I decided to disconnect and reconnect some sensors I thought would cause a misfire. Today, I drove the car all day with no misfires at all !
Maybe it was a bad connection on a sensor or something ?

Problem fixed.. It was a bad 02 sensor !
