Just because im bored and got two free cars
Hello I recently got a 1988 Honda crx given to me for free!!!! and also got a 1992 Honda accord f22a1 5 speed car given to me, Unfortantly the crx has no engine and no trans no wiring none of the stuff that is actually needed to make it drivable. okay well heres the thing the accord runs and drives and its been flipped so I figure whats a better thing to do then when im bored and home from COLLEGE than to pull the engine-trans out of the accord. Well heres the question what all do I need to keep from this accord to stick in the crx. I know the basics engine-trans, well I don't like OBDO or obd2 stuff so going ahead and replacing all the wiring with a obd1 computer and replacing all wiring with brandnew stuff. I DONT USE JUNK, very random thoughts came to my mind when this project came up. its only 125hp factory SO BORING, well I got a h22a1 head-intake-header. yeah your getting the idea well im going to put a frankenstine engine together and shove it in this little shell for my most recent dirt track car. Unfortantly I have enough cash to build this car like it needs to be done, I just don't wanna do a standard D SERIES-B SERIES-H SERIES-OR any thing to that matter I wanna use what I got may have to fabricate some coustom mounts ect that doesn't bother me I just want to do this and enjoy my Fall-winter break from college in my garage doing what I love best and that's working on HONDAS!!

Dude... get a used wiring harness. You are going to have to modify it to the new engine to make it work.

Buying a brand new harness is not worth it at all.

I just thought about it, if you really want 'new' then you can find somewhere that will make a custom engine harness like the tuck harnesses from Rywire.
