Around 100k, a year or so ago, I did a lovely enjoyable valve adjustment on my 07 v6 accord. Fast forward to 120k now, I'm getting some more valve train noise but it's more of a screeching and it's inconsistent, not rhythmic like you would expect a large valve lash to be. It sounds like it's coming from the #1 cylinder area and it doesn't really emanate from any belt area, I realize it sounds like a belt in the video. Any opinions would be appreciated, here's the video:
