its a fwd oem car its not gonna be that fast in the 1/4. i doubt honda gives a **** what their nurburgring record holding car does at the a drag strip.
Sounds about right. After searching, I found no information on the CTR. But with that 0-60 time (confirmed from my search), I can guess it is in the 14's. I was looking at stock S2000's with similar 0-60 mph times and they were pulling mid 14's in the 1/4 mile. Just an estimate.
I didn't even find anyone on Youtube, albeit a limited search, with a posted video of them at the drags.

bump. anyone know what they run yet?
they keep posting 0-60mile times ...
I have a feeling the new ctr has a weak *** quarter mile times
otherwise they would be posting it allover the place.
whats the " advertised" 1/4 mile times for previous CTRs?
aren't they like 14.5 or 15 second or something like that?

and then this fiasco with redline too
"The redline is way up at 7,000rpm which means this motor drives more like a superbike than a normal car. That's a lot of fun and it sounds stunning."
"But since the Type-R is all about revs, it performs like an animal at the higher end."
well the b20 non vtec must be pretty high rev by todays standards because its just like TYPE-R ALL ABOUT REVS< with its 6800rpm redline.
and lets not forget b18b1 that has a higher redline than TYPE-R with its amazing 7200rpm redline..
but lets not talk about the 8700 and 9000 rpm redline of jdm b18c and b16b. because that's just unrealistic...

The '91 EX Sedan wasn't exactly the pinnacle of performance and it has posted 1/4 mile times from popular car magazines (17.2 if you are interested).
