Default Engine swap and 5spd swap NO SPARK

I have a 1997 Odyssey had f22b7 with auto. Swapped in a F22a6 with the wiring from the old engine and distributor. The ECU is from a 1996 accord 5 speed. This is just being used to Run it for now and pass inspection. Right now I don't have a spark. The distributor came from the old running engine.

I'm the slow one but you put a 4th gen Accord engine in a 1st gen Ody.....what or where did you attach the main ground for the ecu - G101?

Since you have the F22 dist, is it the internal or external coil type.

The ground is attached to the intake. The distributor is original and is the internal coil type. I have 12 volts at the coil. Also when I scan the ecu it comes up with no fault codes. I do have fuel when I crank it.

If by "the dist is original" you mean from the 96 - that would be the issue IMO. Remember the 96 went OBD-II and moved one of the sensors - too old and lazy to look it up - from the dist to the timing belt area....CYP, CKP ....as stated too tired/old/lazy to look.

Got it running!!! Used a 1992 distributor then ran wires to the plug for the crank sensors by the timing belt. Almost all the colors matched up except the ones for the crank sensor. But I looked inside at the tone wheels inside the distributor and matched the one with the most teeth to the crank wires and the other to the oil pump pickup.
