I was vacuuming my car, went to turn it back on and many electrical things stopped working all at once. The RPM gauge stopped, the fuel meter stopped, milage meter stopped, retractable seatbelts stopped working, and none of my windows will roll back up. I feel like i may have hit the wrong wire or something when I was vacuuming but I have no idea. Can anyone help me with this?

Also, no fuses are blown, that was the first thing I checked. There are a few wires exposed but I'm not sure what can be done to determine which one it was or how to fix it.
