Icon5 Leaking/stuck injectors and bad timeing?

So ive finally dropped in my D15b2 Mini-me with Z6 head.
I wired my Diz up to check for spark and it seems good. It fired up.
The injectors aren't currently even wired, shot it with starting fluid.
Timing is off maybe, vac leaks don't help, 02 sensor is also not wired.

Im convinced i have 1 or 2 fuel injectors leaking.
lmk what you guys think, going to pull the rail off anyway.

So you are saying it ran all by itself AFTER you stopped spraying starter fluid?

I think you need to FINISH everything before you start trying to ask for advice.

Yes, basically.
I was just testing my Diz wiring. If the engine wouldn't fire/sputter then the wiring i did was incorrect. Its fireing on all Cyl as far as i know.
Once it was done with the starting fluid, i would try and start again with no fluid and it would do what is seen in the last few seconds of the video. Injectors are stuck open or someone suggested it might be a regulator that leaks.

Yes i need to finish the wiring, cant check timeing until then.

That is bizarre...but maybe not so bizarre. Which fuel injectors did you use?

I would finish the install before troubleshooting.

I finished wiring everything, runs good as far as i can tell.
Might have some problems, no CEL though.
Sounds like i might need to readjust the lifters even though i had them set.
Timing seems on..maybe. Diz is fully turned one way, however it lines up with the middle red mark.
Ill post a video shortly.

Mind you this is a D15B2 with a Z6 head, Z6 intake, Ebay header, OBD1 injectors.
Other parts i used are a ODB0 to OBD1 Ebay adapter, i chipped an auto ECU P06 to a P28.

Did you delete/bypass the resistor box for the injectors?

EDIT: I don't even think your car had it to begin with. So I guess the question is did you wire them in properly?

Its a Dx that i had to convert so yeh. Never had a box to begin with.
The Injectors are wired like in this diagram, no resistor box.
Since it says Obd1 i don't need it, my friends have told me the same.

Side note, the purge valve.... There's a plug in the DPFI to MPFI that is no longer used, it now runs to the purge on the manifold vs the 2 wire square plug connecting to the firewall map/purge. I assume the OBD0 to OBD1 already converts the tandem valve plug into the purge ?
