Icon4 Helpppppp!

So, I'm not knowledgeable with car stuff at all... I have a 98 Honda Civic. She's got 148K miles. Recently, I turn my car on...fine...start driving down my street and BAM my rpms are going up but my car just feels like...the only way I can describe it..is like another vehicle hooked behind mine and going the opposite way..? Does that sound like anything anyone has heard of? And now, even if I'm on a highway...if I'm not accelerating gradually...It's FEELS like it knocks into neutral on its own, but when I accelerate it feels okay. Fuel injectors? Ahh idk. If you have ANY ideas, let me know please! Thanks!

Most likely your automatic transmission or some component is in need of a rebuild.

Rear brakes seized? Might be torque convertor or trans.
