IAT wire configuration.

IAT wire configuration.
Hi, guys, Need to know if I can install the IAT wires in any position?
Civic EX 98 B16b engine.
P06 vtec ECU, Neptune.
The car runs and idle but with CEL. I found the person who made the swap hide the IAT plug. So I cut the plug and solder wires to the intake IAT, I don't have the round plug, so for the moment I use little crimp females.
My question is: Can I put RED/YELL and GRN/WHT in whatever position in the sensor?
