I have an 03 civic ex with 18xxxx miles. I'm tossing 3 codes at the moment, all misfires. Cylinders 1 and 3 along with a random misfire. I have significant power loss and low idle speeds, I can feel the difference and smell the wasted gas, the things running like a bag of ***. I took it to a shop and the guy ran a compression test and told me I had extremely high compression around 240...which is not of my doing I've only had the car for the past 20000 miles or so. I assume someone played with the cylinder head or something g like that. But then he also said that I had a vacuum pressure of 14-16 inwg which clearly is an issue. Is the low vacuum pressure due to a simple vacuum leak or would I have no vacuum at all in that case? Any advice on what I should do further here? I took it home from the Mechanic because I wasn't sure if I wanted him ripping into the thing and costing me a fortune. Any help would be great... Thanks
