Post misfire erg

i got a 98 honda accord v6 with like 197,000 on it. When the check engine light comes on i get it checked and its usually misfire in 1-6 cylinders along with a random misfire, i changed spark plugs, wires distributor cap and rotor button, didnt solve my issue tho because it still is misfiring. Then it came on again, this time my transmission went out and i replaced that but still misfires. Then alternator went out replaced that well now this is the first time ive seen codes for catalytic converter, egr valve, left front speed sensor, left front abs, and there is more codes but it is also throwing misfire codes 1-6 with a random. any suggestions on what could be doing this?

If you would, post the specific codes.
Several codes can relate to the same problem or multiple problem.

Misfire can be caused by;

Weak ignition.
Low fuel pressure.
Clogged EGR ports/non functional EGR valve.
Valves out of adjustment(too tight), usually exhaust side is the side that will need it.
Burnt valves(from out of spec clearance, look above)
Low/No compression (from burnt valves, damaged rings, damagaged cylinder).

If you can post the actual codes from your car that would do wonders for online armchair diagnostics.

Those are the ABS codes, if these occurred after the transmission was replaced a sensor was not reconnected or possible damaged. Check the orange electrical connections for the ABS system.

All these misfire codes are most likely caused by this...

Exhaust gas recirculation, insufficient flow.
You will need to pull off your upper intake manifold and clean out the main EGR feed port.
Scotty shows, with reckless abandon, how to remove/clean out the port.
There are plenty of other videos on how to clean/remove the J30 intake.

Clean out that main EGR feed port out and you should have no more problems with EGR codes/misfire codes, as long as your valves have also been adjusted at regular intervals you should have no more engine codes.
