Service Info for Canadian Models
This question is for a 1987 Accord, a bit older than usually discussed here but this is the best place I could think of to ask this question. I've purchased every service manual I could find - Haynes, Chiltons, and OEM, but the vacuum/fuel hose routing in my vehicle does not match the diagrams given in any of those books. I think it's because these books cover US cars, and the emission controls differ slightly here in Canada. I've run into the same problem with a 1980 Prelude I'm also working on.
Does anyone have, or know where I could find, the correct diagrams for Canadian models?

Do you know which engine you have? US I think had the SOHC A20/A21 and the rest of the world had the DOHC B20A/21A in the 3rd gen Accords.
This fellow has an 86 FSM and an 87 Supplement...

Or did you already look at his pages?

I think my engine is an A20, I do know it is SOHC. I looked through that info and it does seem to include Canada (region code KC), so the info must be there. It will be a while before I get this far though, as I still have to get the head and manifolds back on.
While I'm on that subject, I had a question about the new head gasket. I had the head in place but found I had misplaced the head bolts (this has been apart for over a year), so decided to shelve it again while I search for the bolts. I realized that some coolant got spilled on the new gasket, I wiped it off but noticed a potential problem. This gasket has some kind of coating on it - thin, clear, and semi-sticky - but the spilled coolant caused it to peel off. I've only changed a head gasket once before so I don't know if I should worry or not.... what do you think?
