Default 95 Civic - code 23 or codes 20 and 3?

So I have a 95 civic coupe ex bone stock d16z6 virgin p28 ecu. While driving for about 10-15min my cel will come on (car runs fine) I pulled codes using paper clip method cause it is obd1 and pulled codes 23 (2 long flashes and 3 fast right after no pause.) I've been told many different things I've been told it could be my O2 sensor and cat converter giving me problems also have been told it's code 20 (wiring issues) and code 3( MAP sensor) recently since yesterday the car has turned off on me twice once yesterday and once today while in N cruising to a light. I turned the car back on without a problem the CEL would go away then come right back code 23 is referred as knock sensor but I've been told d16z6s don't come with this nor does the p28 so I'm unsure as to what the problem is any help would be appreciated I have reset ecu for the light to go away but just comes back on while driving( SIDENOTE: while driving and CEL is on I'll hit a pot hole (unintentionally) and it'll hiccup then the CEL will go away then come right back) any help would help as this is my daily for work and school

easiest way to confirm the codes is to take a video of the CEL and post it.

also, pretty sure you have a knock sensor located on the backside of the engine above the oil filter, you can follow that wire and make sure it's plugged in and not broken anywhere.

Thats 23 and you shouldn't be throwing that with a P28 as its for knock sensor.

</p><p>This. &nbsp;Check your ECU sticker to make sure you actually have a P28. &nbsp; If you do, open it up, take a picture, and post that picture.</p>
