Neutral Above Idle Fluctuation/Occilation
Probably going to get some brazing for this but I have used to search button and multiple other searches.

H/I/E bolt-ons
The car idles perfectly, my issue is when sitting still whether the car is at full temp or not if I hold the rpms at anything above idle it has about a 250 rpm fluctuation. Example, if I hold it at 2500 it'll bounce between 2250 and 2500 roughly.
Driving is normal, coming to a stop the rpms are good - no unnecessary rpm fluctuation. Also, to note. My A/F Ratios bounce between 13 and 16 at the same rate as the rpm.
