Default new keys

Car is a 92 accord and came with 1 key. Had 1 made it is is ok as in works but is kinda hard to turn and works only 1 way as in go in 1 way works and the other does not(to start). Should i take the key back and see if they can grind it down some or whatever they do when after they make the key? It would not work the 2nd time i tried it and i sprayed PB Blaster into the key cylinder and tried the key and in and out with the key. It is/was dirty in there. I then used some black powder cant think the name of it for things like this. Key works better but still hard to turn. thanks

Yes, take it back to where it was cut. Black powder was dry graphite.
