Default Going back to stock ride height

Hi all,

So I just had some work done to my R. Got the front right wheel bearing replaced, fuel filter replaced, and a valve adjustment. My buddy was the one that did the work for me, and he suggested that I might want to get new struts, especially in the front. When I hit a bump on the front right side, it throws the car to the right, kind of scary if you weren't prepared for it. So I got to thinking I may just want to go back to my stock springs with new bilstein struts or Honda OEM struts, and take out my front and rear adjustable camber kits from skunk. BUT, I'm not a savvy with these kinds of things, and I can't remember for the life of me, which stock springs are for the front and which are for the rear. As well and the stock front upper control arms and stock rear lower arms. I checked Acuraoemparts and they are different part numbers for the front upper control arms and stock rear lower arms, just depends on which side, left or right.

My question to you guys are how to distinguish between the front and rear stock springs, and the left and right front upper control arms and stock rear lower arms? Can the front upper control arms and stock rear lower arms be left side/right side interchangeable even though the part numbers are different?

Thanks in advance!

Longer springs go up front, shorter ones go in the back.
Not sure about the upper control arms.
Take a look at pictures of stock rear lower control arms. They are definitely left and right. You can tell by where the sway bar gets bolted in.

The rear lower control arms are interchangeble only if you are not going to attach the ABS sensors and the rear sway bar to them. Otherwise, you are force to mount them in the right position. White letters "L" for left side and "R" for right side should be on them.

Thanks for the info! ....maybe I'm using the wrong "term" for the "rear lower arm".....

on acuraoemparts.com its labeled as "ARM, R. RR. (UPPER)" and "ARM, L. RR. (UPPER)" its the part# 22,23.

I think I am using the wrong term guys, sorry about that.

#22/#23--You're talking about the rear upper control arm. The lower arms are pretty easy to place using the ABS attachment as a guide, but not sure on the uppers.

Maybe search around some images to see if you can figure it out.

For the rear UPPER arms, the concave-side of the arm points forward (towards the front of the car). Also, the curved edge of the arm points upward to increase wheel clearance.

For the rear lower, they are speicifc to their side and not really interchangeable left to right. If you get them swapped, you won't be able to hook up the sway bar or ABS lines. Should be self explanatory when you put them in.

For the front upper arms, they are stamped L or R.
