Discovered when I pulled the spark plug wires that, wires 3 and 4 had oil on them, 1 and 2 were dry as a whistle. Took off my valve cover and those two also had the spark plug grommet half-way down the spark plug well shaft. Changed the grommets and valve cover gasket 20,000 miles ago. What makes the grommets slide down the spark plug well shaft. Did I install them wrong?
There is a HUGE quality difference between the Honda valve cover gasket kit and the aftermarket gasket kit. The aftermarket works okay, but with the Honda one, I am confident I am not going to have leaks within 100k miles, so I usually put in a genuine OEM honda valve cover gasket kit with my 100k mile tune up interval.
My accord died in an accident (wife) with 300k miles, right after my 3rd timing belt change with no signs of dieing anytime soon.
sounds good to me. I was just going to go with the felpro gasket from autonzone since they don't have OEM. I happy to pay for the genuine honda one if I'll get better miledge out of it.

Where do you recommend to buy it from?
If I am buying a lot of genuine parts, I normally go with HondaAutomotiveParts.com (Majestic Honda). If it is a small amount, the shipping might make the total price more than getting it at your local Honda dealer. I buy small tune-up items like this on ebay as well. Just make sure that it is genuine honda.
