Turbo Integra GSR sluggish as engine temp rises...
I need a little help here from the community.. I've done a little research but haven't found much on the issue. I have a 2000 Integra GSR turbo with a t3/t4 turbo managed with a Hondata S300. My car runs like a beast in the morning until the engine temp gets up around 180 degrees. I'm taking a hugh reduction in acceleration, there doesn't seem to be any misfiring. My rpm's will climb a lot slower when compared to a cool engine. The turbo is making proper boost so I don't see an issue there but any help to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated

Could be a problem with the tune. More than likely something to do with the coolant temp compensation tables and things of that nature.
You'd probably get a better response in the engine management forum.

As much as you don't want to hear it... get your car tuned by a professional tuner. Your AFR is most likely off and possible timing issues.
I had it tuned my Inlinepro in Virginia 2 years ago. I haven't changed anything as of late, this kinda came on a few days ago. That would kinda negate the tune wouldn't it
Well that small piece of information changes things. The more important details you leave out the more people tend to assUme.
Is it hotter than it's been around there in the past couple years? What does your wideband read when the issue is present? When is the last time you pulled your spark plugs? Using and fluids? Any information on what you have done on your end for troubleshooting so far?

so you are beating on it cold until it gets up to 180f coolant? it could have something to do with higher iat's or maybe just need to upload the file again. i dont know if there's any science or whatever behind it but ive seen it more than once where the car would run odd and just need the file re uploaded...
Assuming it's not the tune:
check cam timing, distributor timing, spark plugs. while you're in there check compression/ leakdown, might need a valve adjustment or have some engine wear.
if you're using an active O2 or wideband, it might be time for a new sensor or calibration.
depending on the age of your injectors, they may need to be cleaned.
on rare occasions I've found oil pumps that don't perform as well as soon as they get hot, so if you notice any Vtec dropouts definitely get that checked also.
Since it's an old car, if all else fails, try swapping the main relay.
