I have a b18b1 Ef, that randomly didn't want to drive it sputtered and lugged at first. Warmed it up some and I was able to drive it close to 3k in each gear with some lugging. Could it be my fuel filter or injectors? I don't think it's timing only cause I've drive for a month with no problems.

 

you might have some water under the distributor cap

 

Most important question - Is your CEL on?
