Default Help with Half shaft issue

So I have a 97 LS with a B16B CTR swap and LSD S4C tranny. When I did the swap I replaced the driver side axle and it had the wrong end on it male or female I dont remember so rather than swapping out at the parts store (it was more convenient at the time) I used a buddy of mines GSR half shaft so I could use the new axle.
Now I have a leak from the half shaft where it meets the tranny. I figure I will start with replacing the seals I was wondering if anyone has the part number for the seal and also whether or not this set up is possible or not and if I should get the other axle and use the original half shaft instead. Thanks in advance.

You need a transmission seal to match the halfshaft being used. First thing you need to do is identify if the halfshaft you're currently using is male/male or male/female so you can tell which year it's from. Male/male is from a 94-01 integra, male/female is from a 90-93 integra. After you figure out which year halfshaft you're using, order the correct seal from the dealership from any manual transmission model within that generation.

I believe all the OP needs is an oil seal for a b-series transmission. Halfshafts from 1990-2001 all have a male end that inserts into the transmission housing. The other end of the halfshaft, which is model specific like you mentioned, doesn't matter in this case.

Newp. One is 40x56x8, the other is 35x56x8. The one on the passenger side is the same for both gens.

Good to know.

So, DA axle seal is 40mm while DC axle seal is 35mm, correct?
