ac went out while driving
I have a 99 Honda Accord V6 and yesterday while i'm driving down the highway, my blower starts making a loud noise from under the glove box area, my air started blowing warm and I smelled something like burning exhaust from a large truck, but I think it was my car. The smell went away within a minute but my air is still blowing warm and the blower is loud. Is this just a simple issue of I need more refrigerant or something more serious? I have an AC compressor that I bought a while back thinking I needed it, but I was told it wasn't that it was another part that I just had fixed.
Help I live in SWFL and I need my AC for another 3 months! It's hot!!!!!

What kind of noise was it? Like a loud hissing noise?
The evaporator could have ruptured and all of the refrigerant leaked out through your dash vents. R-134a does have a smell, not sure if I would characterize it as "truck exhaust' but its a chemical smell for sure.
You need to beg/borrow/steal/buy a set of A/C manifold gauges and a vacuum pump. The pump is definitely available at parts stores as a free loaner. This will allow you to see what refrigerant charge is left inside your air conditioning system and also allow you to test for leaks by drawing a vacuum.

There is definitely something wrong with your blower so that is where I would start. But, your blower only sucks the air from the outside and blows air passed the evaporator to turn it into cold air. The point is that there could be more than just the blower going wrong inside your AC system.
I have a 1996 accord, and my blower unit can be dropped out after I uncrew 3-4 screws. After the blower unit is pulled out, look thru the hole and see if you can find anything obviously wrong inside. Hence, the evaporator unit is next to it and you will likely see/feel lots of trash/leave/debris in there.
You may have to remove your glove box first to access to your blower.
If your evaporator unit is damaged (this means leaks and you should smell the freon until it all leaks out), you will have to break into the AC system and it would get a lot more complicated.
