Accidently cut the wheel hub when cutting the outer race. The cut measure about 1 inch long but the cut isn't that deep. I was wondering if it's still usable. My vehicle is a 2004 Honda civic lx.

 

I wouldn't trust that. You're well into the actual mating material there, and it's going to be a weak point. Plus, when cutting off the race, you may have heated the material changing how hard it is in that area.
