Default Blueish whit smoke

Whenever I start the car blueish white smoke comes out. This only happens when I first start the car after it's been sitting ( every morning before school it does this) I believe that it's oil that is burning. I've been reading and believe it may be valve guides/seals. Correct me if I am wrong please! Wondering if this is something I can fix my self. All feedback is appreciated. Thanks!!!

Easy fix but time consuming pretty cheap supertech sells guilds and seals for $100. head will have to come off, which will intail new bolts and a new HG

You can replace the valve seals with out removing the head, your issue is most likely the valve seals.
