Default Car wont start after replacing battery and alternator

My battery was near dead, overworking alternator, had both replaced on a 04 honda accord with aftermarket automatic starter installed in 2014. Now my car will not start, nor display any dash board lights. My mechanic has ruled out the battery cables, fuses, starter, relays, battery itself, and alternator, the only thing it seems to possibly be is the security system. I cannot even get the radio to start to enter the code that i used to reset/unlock the security from the last time my battery was replaced, but ddnt have aftermarket auto starter at the time. Anyone know how to fix this? I did give it a jump to see and it did let my car start but then turned right back off after a few min.

You need to run some voltage tests using a multimeter when you jump the car to help determine what's going on. Its likely a fuse is blown, possibly the main alternator fuse.
