Hello. I am new here and I am having problems. A couple of days ago I was driving from work and outta nowhere the car starts to hesitate and the revolutions start to go down and turns off on me on the highway. I finally start it up again after waiting 5 minutes. It didn't do it the next day but 2 days ago the check engine light comes on and the codes were p0171 and p0108. It turns off constantly on the highway and when the ac is on it shuts off quicker. Please help.

 

P0108- MAP circuit, high voltage.
P0171- Fuel system too lean.

Back probe MAP sensor and verify there is a consistent voltage change with vacuum change.
Verify no damage to wire harness.

Check out P0108 before looking into P0171.
